Catering Satisfaction & Cancellation Policy

 We put a lot of love into every order we prepare. To help everything run smoothly and set clear expectations, you’ll find our catering policies below—designed to support a great experience from start to finish. 

If something didn’t meet expectations, please let us know.  We’re here to make it right.

Because all of our food is made fresh to order, we do not offer refunds on completed catering orders. Instead, we offer a 30-day catering credit to use toward a future order.

• Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery or event
   
• Credits are valid for 30 days from the date issued
   
• Credits can be applied to any future catering order
   
• Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value

 (Weddings, Sweet 16s, Baby Showers, and Large Events)

For larger events, additional planning and ingredient sourcing are required to ensure everything runs smoothly.

• A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking (once your order/invoice is approved)
   
• The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event
   

Because we begin ordering ingredients and preparing in advance:

• The 50% deposit is non-refundable
   
• Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable
